Go to Settings --> User Manager
From the User Manager you can add users with the big blue "plus" sign.
User Options: Transfer Ownership, Edit, Send Notification, Delete
When you add a new User, enter their First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, and then select a Password for the user. You can also select the Groups and Permissions for each user. Click Save when complete.
